PUBLICATION NOTE
Written close to
the order desk.
D2C Commerce is an educational publication for Indian ecommerce operators. The Boring Commerce performance team writes and checks the guides.
Why a performance team writes about delivery
A purchase in an ad report does not settle the courier bill. COD collection, delivery failures and checkout promises change what a brand can afford to spend acquiring an order. We write about those connections.
Boring Commerce runs paid growth across Meta, Google and marketplace ads, alongside creatives, landing pages and retention. Our delivery review focuses on checkout, offers and acquisition. Your operations team runs dispatch and courier follow-up.
Where the facts come from
Public facts link to platform help pages, pricing pages or other primary documentation. Each guide carries a source docket with the date we checked it. We distinguish the source update date from the date we checked it.
Pricing tables identify the service, billing basis and promotion terms. Worked examples label their inputs where the calculation starts.
Our data policy
We never identify a client or publish a single store's exact revenue. Operating-data aggregates state the sample and measurement window. A range or average needs at least three brands. An example from one or two stores must be labelled as an example.
The launch guides use public documentation from shipping and payment providers, with practitioner methods for reconciliation and delivery follow-up.
Read dates before rates
All launch guides are dated 06 Nov 2026. Verify your current rate card and dashboard workflow before making a change. Keep the quote, invoice and shipment record together when reconciling a charge.
Corrections
If a linked source has changed or a calculation needs correcting, raise it during the free COD and RTO review. Give the guide's URL and the specific line so we can check the underlying evidence.
